A threat was also made against a downtown business. Chief Babcock said it is unclear if the incident downtown and the incident at the school are related. He said investigators believe that the threats were coming from someone out-of-state or even from out of the country but did not provide details on why they think that. Police also think that the suspect or suspects were using a camera located on the bank across from the McDonald’s to describe what they were seeing. Firefighters have now covered up the camera.
