Here are six things to know before you set your alarm for Saturday.

.FARMER TO FAMILIES: Tell you family, friends and neighbors – Farmer to Families food distribution is back. Free boxes of food for those in need are available from 9-11 a.m. at Asbury Methodist United Church.

.PACK IT UP: From 9-11 a.m., if you want to help those in need, the first Saturday of every month there is a Feed the City ‘Pack it Up’ event. Pack together a positive note along with a bottle of water, a granola bar, two tangerines or an apple in a bag, a pouch of tuna or applesauce. If you can’t bring the specific items, all food donations are accepted at Iron Gate.

.OKLAHOMA GROWN: If you want to stock up on fresh food this weekend before the incoming cold blast, the Tulsa Farmer’s Market is a great option. You can buy from Oklahoma farmers, producers, chefs and artisans from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Admiral and Lewis.

.CALLING ALL ADVENTURERS: The Tulsa Boat, Sport and Travel show is this weekend at Expo Square.

.SWEET AS CANDY: While the Super Bowl is on everyone’s mind, next Sunday is Valentine’s Day. If you’re looking to give your Valentine something special, why not support local businesses at the same time? From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., 10 local makers and two food trucks will be in Kendall Whittier for the ‘Sweet As Candy’ Valentine’s Day Maker’s Market.

.SWEET TOOTH: If you wake up with a sweet tooth – it’s alright. Saturday is national ice cream for breakfast day.
