Oklahoma Blood Institute Hosting Blood Drive To Make Up For Emergency Shortage

Happening now, the Oklahoma Blood Institute is holding a blood drive at their donor center on East 81st Street.

OBI is experiencing an emergency shortage, down to a half-day supply because of the weather and the pandemic.

The drive will go until 4 this afternoon, and again tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donors will be entered to win a $2,000 prize and a chance to win a new car.
