Tulsa Police: Man Hospitalized After Snowball Leads To Shooting

Tulsa Police said that a man is in the hospital after someone shot him because he threw a snowball.

Police said the victim threw a snowball at a passing car near 51st Street N and Peoria around 5 p.m. Friday. Police said the man was shot in the foot by someone in the car.

Police said they have a suspect in mind.

The victim is expected to be OK.
