Dozens of people rallied Thursday for an Oklahoma man on death row.

Julius Jones was sentenced to death in 1999 for killing an Edmond man. Thousands of people believe Jones was wrongfully convicted and want his death sentence commuted.

Supporters marched Thursday to the Pardon and Parole Office with more than six million petition signatures. Jones’ sister said it gave her hope.

“It just feels amazing. It feels like god shining a light on his case. Because for 20 years he hadn't had this much publicity he hadn't had this much support. It's just been a blessing,” Antoinette Jones said.

The parole board will review Jones’ case on March 8.
