Two Nebraska teens who were involved in a shootout with Muskogee police on Sunday, that ended with one being killed and the other taking their own life, have been identified.
In a letter, sent out to parents and families by Blair Community Schools, Superintendent Randall Gilson identified the 17-year-old girl, who was killed by Muskogee police, as Farrah Rauch and the 17-year-old boy, who took his own life, as Joseph Dugan.
According to the letter, the two were both juniors at Blair Highschool in Nebraska.

The shooting, which took place on Sunday and ended with two teenage carjacking suspects dead, turned into a multi-state investigation.
Police chief Johnny Teehee said the teens were on a crime spree all across the country before coming to Muskogee.
Police said both suspects were runaways from Blair, Nebraska and they believe the two were dating. Police told News on 6 a missing persons report was filed last Thursday. Investigators say the teens had contact with law enforcement in Jacksonville, Florida.
Investigators said the teens also stole a truck In Arkansas sometime between Friday and Sunday. Muskogee police say that truck broke down, the teens stole another pickup and led them on a short chase.
Officers said the teens shot at officers and ran away. Police said the girl was shot and killed by police and the boy shot and killed himself.
Muskogee Police has placed four officers on routine administrative leave following a double fatal shooting involving officers.
Police said that James Folsom, Shawn Brown, B.J. Hudson and Evan Hendricks will remain on paid leave until the investigation is complete.
