Teachers and staff at Sand Springs and Berryhill public schools will get their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine on Friday.
Because of that, all students in both districts will be in distance learning on Friday.
Berryhill's Superintendent Mike Campbell said all school staff will go to Sand Springs to get their vaccinations.

The districts are the latest in the state health department's effort to get all teachers vaccinated by spring break.
Sand Springs district officials said that meals will be available for pick up from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at all school sites except for Angus Valley Elementary and the Early Childhood Education Center.
Both districts will return to in-person learning on Monday.
