Here are six things to know before you set your alarm for Saturday.
1.365 DAYS OF COVID: Saturday marks one year since COVID-19 hit Oklahoma. The first case was confirmed in Tulsa county on March 6, 2020.
2.CONGRESS AT WORK: The Senate is in session Saturday working on another COVID bill. The vote on the 628-page bill could come by the end of the day.
3.PLAY BALL: A new sports complex is opening in Broken Arrow Saturday. The state-of-the-art ballpark was built with voter-approved money and features four competition-grade adult softball fields.
4.CHAMPIONSHIP TIME: The Big 12 wrestling championship is back at the BOK Center. Matches are at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday and wrap up with championship matches Sunday at 6 p.m.
5.MARKET DAYS: Meadow Gold Market Days are happening Saturday. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. you can shop antiques and art, stop by restaurants and food trucks all on the historic Route 66.
6.MOVIE NIGHT: The weather will be perfect for a drive-in movie Saturday – and it’s free. You can watch “E.T. The Extra Terrestrial” or “The Secret Life Of Pets 2” at Admiral Twin.
