Tuesday's teacher of the day is Jennifer James, a healthy lifestyles teacher Tulsa's Mayo Demonstration.

The person who nominated her said she is "a rare gem of a teacher. She greets all students outside every morning with a smile and a warm, caring attitude. She takes the time to get to know each student, she sends the sweetest messages to parents when she knows a student has been having a hard day. We are so thankful to have Ms. James!"
