Idaho Man Arrested, Accused Of Inappropriate Relationship With Underage Teen

A 48-year-old man, who was arrested in Boise, Idaho, is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old girl is in the Tulsa County jail.

Deputies said Andrew Ostrega admitted to paying the teen in exchange for naked pictures and videos.

Deputies said they were able to catch him when he started messaging someone who he thought was an underage girl but was actually an undercover sheriff's deputy.
