GRDA: Body Recovered From Elk River

The Grand River Dam Authority said a body was recovered from the Elk River Sunday night.

Officials said the body was found east of Grand Lake, just inside the Oklahoma-Missouri state line. As investigators look for answers, details about the victim have not been released.
