City Of Tulsa Says Online Bill Payments Now Functional After Ransomware Attack

The City of Tulsa said you can now pay bills online again, following the recent ransomware attack. Customers will need to have their ID numbers handy.

Water customers with paperless billing should also start receiving emails with their invoices.

The city said late fees and utility shut offs won’t happen until at least five days after all customer payment functions are back online.
