Leaders Honor Victims Of Tulsa Race Massacre At Standpipe Hill

Greenwood leaders closed out the Black Wall Street Legacy Festival with a Memorial Day ceremony at Standpipe Hill.

The ceremony honored the unknown victims of the massacre with a soil collection.

Leaders also honored World War II veteran and massacre survivor Hughes Van Ellis.
