Tulsa Man Pleads Guilty To Shooting Woman 4 Times While Using Drugs

A Tulsa man admitted to shooting a woman four times in March while high on drugs.

Isaiah Drywater pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm to the shooting in court on Monday and will be sentenced in September. Police say the shooting happened at the Tudor Inn near Admiral and Sheridan.

The victim in this shooting did survive.
