Pet Of The Week: Frank

Our Pet of the Week is three-year-old Frank. He’s a 30-pound, white and tan Chihuahua-Beagle mix.

Frank came from a sad situation where his mom could no longer care for him. But despite everything he went through, he is a very happy boy that just needs to be put on a serious diet and lose about half his current weight.
