Second Person Arrested In Connection To Hit-And-Run That Injured 7-Year-Old

Tulsa police arrested a second suspect in a hit-and-run crash that injured a 7-year-old.

Authorities said Ashley Deal was following in a separate car behind the SUV that hit the child.

The collision happened Tuesday near the South Haven Manor Apartments.
