A Silver Alert has been issued for 61-year-old male Steve Phillips by the Jay Police Department out of Delaware County.

Phillips was last seen wearing a navy blue t-shirt with blue jeans and black tennis shoes.

Police say that Phillips left his home on foot in Jay, OK, on Sunday.
