Muskogee Man Pleads Guilty To Illegally Entering US Capitol In Insurrection

A Muskogee man now faces up to six months in federal prison after pleading guilty Thursday to a misdemeanor charge for illegally entering the U.S. Capitol on January 6.

The FBI said Andrew Ericson admitted to taking pictures of himself in Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s conference room and taking a beer from the fridge.

As part of a plea agreement, Ericson must allow investigators to review his social media and cooperate with their investigation.
