Man Arrested, Accused Of Driving Under The Influence, Crashing Car Into Tree

A man is in jail on Monday morning accused of driving under the influence and crashing into a tree.

According to police, the man lost control of his vehicle, hit a curb and crashed near Skelly Drive and Peoria.

Police say this is the second time this driver has been suspected of driving under the influence.
