Tulsa police are asking for help identifying a person officers believe is connected to a recent car theft.

Tulsa police are asking for help identifying a person who officers believe is connected to a recent car theft. 

According to police, on the morning of Wednesday, December 15, at around 3:40 a.m., a victim found their car had been stolen near East 56th Street and South Peoria Avenue. 

Police say the victim found their stolen car being driven in an apartment complex parking lot later that morning around 9 a.m. 

Police say the victim blocked the driver of the stolen vehicle in and the person inside fled from the vehicle on foot. 

Anyone with information on the identity of the individual is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (918)-596-COPS.
