Healthy eating coach Sharon Stroud shares a tasty recipe for Chocolate Pecan No Bake Brownies!
Ingredients:
1 cup raw pecans
½ cup raw almonds
1½ cups pitted dates
⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
6 tbsp. organic cacao powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut, optional
Directions:
Place pecans and almonds in a food processor and process until finely ground. Add the dates and process until well blended.
Add the peanut butter, vanilla, and cocoa powder and process until completely mixed. Firmly press mixture evenly in an 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired.
Cut into squares when ready to serve. Makes about 25 small brownies. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
