A man who pled guilty to killing a teenager at a firework stand in 2017 will spend six-and-a-half years in federal prison.

Johnny Mize Junior shot and killed 15-year-old Jake Ulrich after he caught the teen stealing fireworks from his stand.

The judge also sentenced Mize to three years of supervised release after he serves his time.
