Back to School Crafts: Washi Tape Paper Clips, Pencils & Notebook

Several Oklahoma students have already returned to the classroom and others will go back later this month. Our crafty mom Courtnay Grider joined News On 6 at 4 in the Air Comfort Solutions kitchen to show us some fun crafts that will add a little extra style to your school supplies. Supplies Needed:

Assorted Washi Tape

Scissors

Paper Clips

Pencils

Notebooks

Instructions:

1. Pick out the Washi tape of your choice.

2. Take washi tape a roll it out about 10in then fold it over to make it 5in. making it double-sided. The length can vary depending on the look you are going for. Trim

3. Now you’re ready to put it on your paper clip. Fold it in half and pull through the paper clip leaving a little loop. Pull ends through the loop, this will create your knot. Pull gently till secure.

4. Trim edges for the desired look. I like to make my ends look like flags.
