Man Accused Of Stealing SUV With Dog Inside Arrested By Tulsa Police

A man accused of stealing an SUV with a dog inside has been arrested by Tulsa police.

According to officers, David Palmer stole a Ford Expedition with a boat attached and took off with the victim's dog on Saturday.

Police spotted the truck less than a mile away, and caught Palmer after a short chase.

According to police, Palmer had meth on him and admitted to being high.

Police say Palmer was arrested for grand larceny, drug possession, DUI and obstruction.
