City Of Bartlesville Pools Closed To Conserve Water

The City of Bartlesville will not open city pools due to the ongoing water shortage.

The city said pools will not open this summer unless water supply reaches 70-percent. The supply is currently at about 50-percent.

The city said even if water levels improve, Sooner and Frontier pools may remain closed if there isn't enough time left for the YMCA to hire staff and treat the pools.
