Sand Springs Police Search For Driver Who Led Officers On Overnight Chase

Sand Springs Police are searching for the person who led officers on an early-morning chase.

According to police, officers attempted to stop a vehicle around 1 a.m. near 81st West Avenue and the Sand Springs Expressway. Police say they continued to follow the vehicle after the driver did not stop for officers.

Police say officers lost sight of the vehicle for a moment and later found it in a nearby neighborhood, but say the driver was nowhere to be found.
