More than 300 first responders responded to the Natalie Building a year ago when a man was inside, shooting people.

The gunman killed four innocent victims before killing himself.

"I got about a mile away from Saint Francis and our dispatcher calls and she says 'Hey, there's an active shooter at the Natalie building.'," said EMSA supervisor April Robinson.
