Friday, Dec. 8:

The City of Broken Arrow is hosting a very special Meet and Greet with "The Mean One!" The event is at the Rose District Plaza from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Meet the iconic character and take pictures in the sleigh. They will also be collecting any donations to help raise money for needy families to receive hats and coats this winter season.

Saturday, Dec. 9:

Mother Road Market is hosting a Holiday Market from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will be on the heated patio, where you can shop from a variety of local Tulsa businesses while enjoying live holiday music and sipping winter cocktails and mocktails from The WEL Bar.

The Sleigh Bells Market is debuting in the Southeast Expo Center in McAlester from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shop vendors for the Christmas season with free admission.

The Holiday Arts & Crafts Festival is back in Broken Arrow in the New Orleans Square from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Meet and greet with Santa, shop vendors, participate in free kid-friendly crafts, play bingo and more.

The Tulsa Christmas Parade starts at 11 a.m. in Downtown. There will be familiar News On 6 faces at the parade! Visit their website for more information or for the parade map.

Broken Arrow is holding a Rudolph Run, with the Fun Run starting at 8:30 a.m. and the 5K starting at 9 a.m. It starts and finishes at Fleet Feet Broken Arrow. All entrants receive a long-sleeved t-shirt and finisher medal, with post-race treats and hot chocolate available. You can sign up for the races here.

Monday, Dec. 11:

Broken Arrow Police Department is hosting a free self-defense class for the public at Bethany Church located at 100 N Olive Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. The event is from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and is part of their Domestic Violence "Delete DV" awareness campaign. For more information, click here.
