$20M Development Brings New Hotel, Shopping Space To Downtown Bixby

A $20 million development is coming to downtown Bixby.

"Spartan Square" will include a hotel with a conference center along with more shopping and office space and Bixby leaders say there will also be 200 new public parking spots.

“We are ready to give downtown Bixby yet another feather in their hat by bringing commercial retail, public parking, and a top-shelf hotel conference center. With the recent mixed-use development, “Iconik”, across the street, and the new performing art center, a few blocks away, the downtown Bixby District is set up for success” said, McFarland.

Spartan Square will replace an existing building at the intersection of Cabaniss Avenue and Highway 151.

"We'll have a lot more exciting things coming to Downtown Bixby. But this is gonna bring, with the hotel you're gonna see more restaurants want to be part of this as well," said Mayor Brian Guthrie.

The development will be built by local contractor, Red Dog Construction, and the design is by CJC Architects.
