The Christmas weekend is finally here and there are some holiday events in our area.

Santa At The Movies

B and B Theaters Tulsa Starworld 20 will have a free celebration on Friday starting at 3 p.m. Guests will be able to take pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus! There will be a reading of The Night Before Christmas every hour.

There will be Christmas-themed games and face painting from 5-30 to 7-30.

12 Nights Of Lights In Claremore

The Hawthorne campground at Oologah Lake in Claremore is celebrating the holidays with its 12 Night of Lights! The drive-through light display starts at 6 and ends at 9 and will happen Friday night through Sunday.

It's a free event but donations are accepted.

Plantmas Party At The Wild Ones Plant Shop and Lash Lounge

If you have a little budding botanist in your family you are invited to the first Plantmas Party at the Wild Ones Plant Shop and Lash Lounge in Sand Springs. Kids will be able to see Santa Claus and walk away with a plant they get to pot in the store!

The event starts Saturday at 10 AM and ends at 6 PM.

Meditation at the Museum

Head into the weekend restored with a sonic sound meditation led by AT EASE Meditation. Accompanied by the soothing harmonies of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and a symphonic gong, this guided meditation welcomes participants of all experience levels. It's happening at the Philbrook Museum

Blankets will be provided, however, feel free to bring your own mat or meditation cushion.
