Man Accused Of Strangling 3-Year-Old Daughter Arrested By Tulsa Police

A man is in jail accused of child abuse by Tulsa Police,

Police said Devon Rankin strangled his 3-year-old daughter in September 2023 by clamping on her head with his legs and squeezing for 10-15 seconds because she woke him up.

They said Rankin lives with his dad and it was his dad who took the girl to the hospital the next day.
