Tulsa Police say about 5 AM Wednesday, two men got into an altercation near Pine and Harvard. The suspect struck the victim several times with a machete.

Police say the victim managed to get into his car and drive off, but the suspect followed ramming the car into a lightpole and a parking lot. The suspect then drove off and has not been seen since.

The victim is hospitalized. Officials say his injuries are not life threatening.
