A man loses his life crossing a Tulsa street overnight.

Tulsa Police tell the News on 6, a 70-year-old man was walking near Pine and North Yorktown Avenue when he was hit by a car.

Officers say it appears the man rode on the hood about 20 feet before rolling off, into the street. He died at the scene. Police are investigating.

The driver was not arrested.
