One person is jailed in a serious case of vandalism. Around 2 AM Monday, security at the Eagle Point Apartments at 5800 East 73rd Street, received a call about a man pushing a dumpster down the street.
At about the same time, Tulsa Police were called about vandalism at the apartment complex. As officers arrived, the man with the dumpster ran off, but didn't get far.
Authorities believe he smashed the windows on 9 vehicles.
22-year-old Travis Smith is in the Tulsa County jail. He told officers that he needed help.
