BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (AP) – Oklahoma drivers will soon have another place to get their license. A new Department of Public Safety driver testing center is scheduled to open in Broken Arrow on Monday.

“We are thrilled to be coming to Broken Arrow,” says Karen Gentry of the Department of Public Safety. “The city is growing at an incredible rate and this is an ideal location to serve BA and its neighboring communities.”

Located at 1635 South Main Street in the Oak Crest Shopping Center, the center will employee nine people and provide driver license written testing, driving skills testing, identification cards, out of state transfers for driver licenses, commercial driver license renewals and commercial driver license knowledge tests.

The testing center will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
