Doctor Arrested On Sexual Battery Charges

A Tulsa doctor is facing sexual battery charges. Police arrested Dr. Johnny McKay Fowler on a complaint of sexual battery. Officers say the 34-year-old doctor sexually propositioned an undercover cop at Turkey Mountain.

Police say Dr. Fowler approached the officer and waited until they were out of public view to inappropriately grab himself and the officer.

Dr. Fowler practices internal medicine at Saint Francis. He's been released on bond.

The undercover operation is all part of campaign to make Turkey Mountain safer for families.

The George Kaiser Foundation gave the Riverparks Authority a million dollars for improvements to make the park more family friendly.
