Parents Charged Over Filthy House

A Broken Arrow mom and dad face criminal charges over their filthy house.

Tulsa County prosecutors have filed child endangerment and animal cruelty charges against Jean Lewelling and Donald Collins.

Police removed their three kids and almost a dozen animals from this home, in the 1100 block of North 28^th Street, earlier this month.  Investigators say the house was swarming with flies and was filled with animal waste.

The children are staying with relatives.
