Prosecutors in Tulsa County are presenting their evidence against a man accused in a series of crimes, including rape, attempted rape, sexual battery and peeping tom on the TU campus.

So far, five witnesses have taken the stand Tuesday – one person said she knew Luis Molina before the incident.

She told the court she passed out drunk at a fraternity house and woke up naked next to Molina. The witness testified that Molina later asked for nude pictures - she said no but Molina sent nude pictures of her that he had already taken.

She said she asked him to delete the pictures and that Molina told her she would have to send more nude pictures before he would delete them.

The defense countered by asking if Molina ever threatened to post the pictures publicly and she answered no.
