TULSA, OK -- A second person of interest in this week's fatal shooting near a Tulsa school has been questioned and released by Tulsa police.
Michael Eugene Jackson, 32, surrendered and was interviewed by homicide detectives. They said he was then released pending further investigation.

The fatal shooting occurred Tuesday afternoon in the 4800 block of North Yorktown Place, across the street from a Tulsa elementary school.
Police say an investigation has revealed Jackson was present during the shooting, which was Tulsa's 57th homicide of the year.
