STILLWATER, OK -- The preliminary hearing for former Oklahoma State basketball coach Sean Sutton has been delayed until June.
Sutton was due in Payne Count District Court in Stillwater Monday, but the court said Friday the new date is June 7th.
Sutton was arrested in February and charged with four felonies for allegedly illegally obtaining prescription drugs. His attorney entered a not guilty plea February 16 when Sutton was arraigned and said Sutton was in a treatment center.

The four charges include obtaining a controlled dangerous substance-Oxycodone by fraud, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance-Oxycodone without a prescription, attempting possession of controlled dangerous substances-Adderall and Clonazepam, and use of a communication facility to facilitate a felony which is distribution of controlled dangerous substance.
Sutton took over coaching duties for the Cowboys in 2006, after his father Eddie was ticketed for DUI following a car accident in Stillwater. Sean Sutton resigned under pressure in 2008.
