1/2 c. parsley (chopped fine)
1 lb. ground beef
2 garlic buds (slivered)
1 small onion (diced)
salt,pepper,allspice,cinnamon
Mix ingredients together.
Shape into patties or balls and brown with a small amount of oil.
After browning, pour off oil and add 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can water.
Bake until thickens in 350 degree oven or charcoal as a patty.
