Tulsa Couple Behind Bars On Child Neglect Charges
TULSA, Oklahoma - A Tulsa couple was arrested Tuesday afternoon on child abuse and child neglect charges.
Tulsa Police arrested Jesse Roach, 49, and his wife, Delores Roach, 28, following an investigation into allegations of abuse of the couple's 6-year-old son.
Court records show the alleged abuse occurred between February 29, 2012 to April 2, 2012. Records say Jessie Roach inflicted injuries and unreasonable force on the boy. The couple also allegedly failed to provide proper food causing the 6-year-old boy's weight to be less than 35 pounds.
And Jesse and Delores Roach failed to get medical care for extensive wounds to the boy's head and forehead.
A Tulsa Count judge issued arrest warrants for the couple Tuesday.

He is being held on $150,000 bond at the Tulsa County jail. His wife's bond is $100,000.
