TULSA, Oklahoma - No one was home when fire destroyed a Tulsa house early Tuesday morning.

Tulsa Fire got a call shortly after 5 a.m about the fire in the 800 block of North Waco.

Firefighters did an initial search and found no one inside.

At one point, firefighters had to back out of the home because of the danger of the roof collapsing. Once they got back inside, they were able to bring the fire under control quickly.

Firefighters said there was lots of boxes and other items in the home, which made fighting the fire difficult.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
