South Broken Arrow Country Club Returns To The Auction Block

Broken Arrow's Indian Springs Country Club is going back on the auction block. 

According to the auction firm, this after the sellers say the high bidder at a June 5, 2012 auction chose "not to perform its obligations" according to the sale contract.

The new auction date is July 10, 2012.

Williams and Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction says the private country club located on 370 acres at 16006 East 131st Street includes two golf courses, a club house, lighted tennis court and Olympic size swimming pool.

The auction will take place at Williams and Williams offices at 71st and Lewis.
