Tulsa Man Charged With Murder After October Nightclub Shooting
TULSA, Oklahoma - A man was charged on Wednesday of two counts of first degree murder for 2013 shooting.
Police charged Marcus Miller for the murder of two men shot and killed outside a nightclub in October 2013.
On the morning of October 12, police said David Muses and Marrico McGuire were shot and killed outside a club called Hotspots.
They said a fight started inside the club and continued outside where several shots were fired and a woman was run over.
Miller, 23, was shot in the incident as well, but believed to be a suspect.
On Wednesday he was officially charged with two counts of first degree murder and was ordered to be held without bond. His next court date is scheduled on March 14.
Investigators are still looking for the man accused of shooting Miller.
