TULSA, Oklahoma - Peggy Freeman, a Tulsa woman who was considered missing and endangered has been located safe and unharmed, Tulsa Police said Monday morning.

"The department received several Crime Stoppers tips that led us to locate Freeman," a news release states.

"The Tulsa Police Department would like to thank everyone for their assistance."

Peggy Freeman, 86, had not been seen or heard from in approximately a week, a news release says. She had not had contact with friends or relatives and left without her medications.

Police released an alert Sunday evening asking people to help them locate her.
