Tulsa Public Schools Open Registration For Free, Reduced Lunches

Tulsa Public Schools students can now sign up for free and reduced meals for the upcoming school year.

Families in need of help can make sure kids can eat breakfast at school for only 30 cents, and they'll pay just 40 cents a day for lunch.

TPS says the need is huge and last year and 85 percent of their students relied on the program.

The district says any students who received free and reduced meal prices last year, will only get to continue the program for the first five weeks of school if parents don't re-enroll.

The deadline is Sept.18.
