Owasso Police Arrest Suspected Serial Thief

Owasso police arrested a man they said tried to steal from the Walmart Supercenter.

Employees tried to stop the man, but when he ran out of the store, they called police. Officers chased the man for a couple of miles, before he bailed out of the car and tried to run away.

It didn't take officers long to catch up with Robert Bissell and arrest him.

Walmart told police Bissell has stolen from the store before.

Bissell was charged last week for stealing from a Walmart in Catoosa. 

Officers say the car Bissell was in was stolen.
