TULSA, Oklahoma - A man with a blue bandana covering his face robbed the convenience store at a Phillips 66 Sunday afternoon. Police say the man robbed K & K Food Store at 31st and Yale around 1:30 p.m.

The robber kept a hand in his pocket, implying he had a gun, records show. The suspect got money out of the safe then left walking through an alley.

Tulsa Police responded with a K9 and tracked the suspect to a street west of Yale where they believe he got into a vehicle.

"As he fled, he lost some of that money," said Corporal Scott Anderson. The man took rolls of coins, and some of them fell after his money bag broke.
