TULSA, Oklahoma - A Tulsa woman was arrested Friday night after attempting to run her mother over with her car.

Police documents show that the victim said her 23-year-old daughter, Jasmine Oliver, attempted to run her over in her white Buick Lesabre while she was standing in her front yard.

The victim said she moved quickly out of the way to avoid being hit.

The documents state that Oliver's reasoning for her action was that she became enraged when her mother declined to watch her two children.

Both children were in the front seat, unsecured and not in car seats when the incident occurred, according to police.

After failing to strike her mother, police say Oliver then drove down the sidewalk and purposely sideswiped her sister's vehicle that was parked before fleeing the scene.
